Checking in
Please reserve your appointment at Sphynx Laser in advance if possible.
If this is your first time, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a health form.
Late Arrivals
If you are late for your service we may be required to provide a shortened but thorough treatment. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to service you.
Cancellation Policy
Our time is very valuable to us and other clients. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any laser services. A cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card if you change or cancel your appointment within the minimum notice.
Safety
If you wish to receive treatments and you are under 18, you will need signed parental consent when you come in for your appointment.
If you suffer from any conditions or contraindications such as allergies, recent surgery, cardiac, seizures, respiratory or any other medical conditions, for your own safety we require that you consult with and obtain a note from your physician prior to receiving a treatment
If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or breastfeeding, we can not perform treatments on you during this time.
We cannot perform laser on an active tan.
Preparation
Please arrive with clean shaven skin. Do not apply lotions or skin products before arrival. No waxing or tweezing within 2 weeks prior to appointment. Any recent sun exposure will require lowered frequency, and may result in extra sessions. Please use SPF on treatment areas at all times.
